MINIVOLLEY AND MOTOR SKILLS: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY

Improvements in coordination and technical sports must be considered among the key components of training in every sports, the most receptive adaptability skills are expressed in the youth age. By administering tests explosive force in three different periods, the study intends to verify if a miniv- olley protocol training for six weeks on two groups of young players of different ages can improve capabilities and coor- dination through the teaching of basic technical disciplines so that the can consequently improve explosive power of the lower and upper limbs. The results show a marked im- provement in performance, both in jump and in putting, of trained groups between the initial test and post-test training protocol. The final test, performed thirty days after the end of training protocol, shows a pattern not consistent in per- formance.
