It usually affects a large lower extremity joint and often occurswhen the bowel disease is flaring. Arthritis and Crohn’s disease together may be acause of distress in the sufferer. Sometimes the arthritis manifestations are the firstsymptoms that appear and they bring the patient to clinical controls.
